Shipping and Delivery

The estimated ship date will be available in your customer account after placing your order. Ship dates do not include delivery times. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping point location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number.COTODAMA is not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to order processing, credit issues, inclement weather, or unexpected increase in demand. We are unable to ship orders to PO boxes, hotels, freight forwarding or consolidation centers, 3rd party hubs, packing stations, collection points, international exporters, any address outside of the United Kingdom or these areas: Offshore territories – Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Isle of Man.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your shipping address after submitting your order. Once your order is submitted, your details are immediately sent to our warehouse, and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered, we will return it to the warehouse, and you will receive a full refund.

I requested a cancellation, but my order has shipped.

If your order cannot be canceled and is shipped, please refuse to take delivery. We will refund you once your order is returned to our warehouse.

What happens if the delivery attempt fails?

You will return the parcel to the warehouse, and we will initiate a refund. You cannot change shipping addresses. Deliveries take place Mon-Fri, during usual business hours.

Can I have a specific time for delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific delivery times. Our carrier will attempt to deliver your products from Monday to Friday during business hours. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse, and you will receive a full refund.

I am thinking of canceling my order…

You can cancel your order through your customer account or contact our customer support. After submitting a cancellation request, we will notify you via e-mail whether the order was canceled successfully or shipped. COTODAMA cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed as it might be already in the pre-shipment phase or has already shipped. However, you can always refuse the shipment, and once it is returned to our warehouse, we will initiate a refund.

My package is damaged

With your signature, you are confirming, that the parcel was in perfect condition. If you see the damage straight away, we suggest refusing the parcel and contacting our Customer Support team to initiate a refund or replacement.

Return and replacement policy

You can request a return or replacement through your customer account or by contacting our customer support within 14 days after delivery, providing the return reason, your order number, product model, and the serial number of the speaker. If your product has a software issue, please consider contacting our customer support first. They might quickly fix the problem over chat support by updating the software.

Past 14 days return policy - If a defect is discovered after 14 days, please contact customer support to arrange a repair.

Where will I find my invoice?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with login details to your customer account, where you can look up your order and view the most up-to-date shipping information. Twenty-four hours after a product is shipped, you should receive an email with the invoice. You can download the related invoice as a PDF document from your customer account 24 hours after shipment.

Do I have to pay VAT?

The price of the Products will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Product prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. The price quoted on our website for Products excludes delivery charges quoted separately on our website. In certain circumstances, Digital River is obliged to charge VAT regardless of whether you are VAT registered or not. We will provide you with a VAT Invoice that documents the VAT which is set.

Can you send me a Tax Form?

We’re happy to assist with inquiries regarding Tax but Tax forms are not provided by Digital River, please contact your Local Tax Authority for this.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER COTODAMA, ITS SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, OR LICENSORS, NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING COTODAMA PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE COTODAMA PRODUCTS OR SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT COTODAMA OR ITS SUPPLIER, DISTRIBUTOR, RESELLER, OR LICENSOR, OR OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING COTODAMA PRODUCTS AND SERVICES HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE, TOTAL LIABILITY OF COTODAMA, OR ITS SUPPLIER, DISTRIBUTOR, RESELLER, OR LICENSOR, OR OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING COTODAMA PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE COTODAMA PRODUCTS OR SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR APPLICABLE PURCHASE.
THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN COTODAMA AND YOU.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
